Solution/workaround

LogTransport2.exe is used by Adobe Reader (or Acrobat Reader DC) to submit usage data.

You can simply disable it:

English installation:

Edit -> Preferences -> Usage informations -> disable the checkbox

German installation:

Bearbeiten -> Voreinstellungen -> Nutzungsinformationen -> “Anonyme Informationen” (disable)

For multiple workstations, you can also modify a registry value. This disables and hides all regarded options in the preferences dialog:
