By default, moving files does not include their previous NTFS permissions.
To include these, create or update this registry key before copying:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorerForceCopyAclwithFile -> DWORD 1
